Great.
Update! I've had a massive leg surgery, and it hurts. They broke my femur, twisted the entire bottom half of my leg around, and bolted the bone together. Then, they moved all the muscles and tendons and nerves across so the knee would actually work when it gets out of plaster.
Bad news; my knee is arthritically damaged. After 6 weeks in plaster, I might not even be able to walk afterwards, doctor isn't really sure. I have no cartilage in my joint, so bone will be grinding on bone. Most likely I will have to have a knee replacement.
Good news; the alignment of my leg has been corrected. If they do a knee replacement, all the muscles will hopefully stay in the same place and will work with the new knee joint.
Another piece of good news; I am probably going to get 7 or 8 weeks off school! Woop-to-the-woop.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, I AM still in school.
Great!
Am re-taking 3 exams, and taking an A level in psychology in one year. Hmmm... with 8 weeks off school.
And am applying to uni; York, Kent and Exeter are deffos, I dunno about Birmingham and I was gonna apply to Durham but... need AAA to get in. Which I am so not getting.
I feel completely aimless.
And I miss all my friends who HAVE gone off to University.
Anyway, rant over.
Byes. x
